South Africa win the two match t20 series against Bangladesh

South Africa beat Bangladesh by 31 runs in the second T20 Tuesday to seal the series by 2-0.

While chasing South Africa-set 170-run target, Bangladesh lost all wickets to score 138 in 19.2 over at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Stadium.

Soumya scored 37 and Rony 21 runs. Abott, Leie and Phangiso got three wickets each.

Earlier the Proteas skipper won the toss and elected to bat first. From the beginning of the match, South African openers started smashing the Bangladeshi bowlers.  

Kock scored 44, Villiers 40 and Miller 30 to lead the team to 169. Nasir Hossain bagged two wickets while Sunny and Mustafiz got one each.

On July 5, the visitors won the first T20 by 52 runs at Mirpur stadium.

South Africa Vs Bangladesh

South Africa is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on Tuesday for a month-long tour to play against Tigers.
During this visit, Proteas will face the Tigers in a two-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series, a three match One Day International (ODI) series and two-match Test series.
SA will play a practice T20 game at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah of Natayanganj on July 3. This will be followed by the two T20 matches at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in city Mirpur on July 5 and 7.ODI will held on 10,12,15 july in SBNCS and Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.

India beat Ireland by 8 wickets

World cup match

India, with their all-round performance, cruised to a comfortable eight-wicket win over Ireland in the Pool B match of ICC World Cup at Seddon Park in New Zealand Tuesday.

This was the fifth consecutive win for the Team India in the World Cup thanks to Mohammed Shami, R Ashwin and S Dhawan.

While chasing Ireland set 260-run target, India scored 260-run losing only two wickets in 36.5-over.

Shikhar Dhawan scored his second hundred (100-run) in the tournament off 85-ball while RG Sharma amassed 64. Kohli and Rahane scored 44 and 33-run respectively.

SR Thompson was the only Irish bowler to who succeeded to take wickets. He took two wickets sparing 45-run.

Earlier in the day, Ireland captain Porterfield won the toss and elected to bat first in the all important match.

Bangladesh beat England by 15 runs in a very entertaining and exciting match booking their birth for quarter finals at MCG against the reigning champion India on March 19 of 2015.

From a very tight group featuring Co-hosts Australia and New Zealand and also Sri Lanka, this success deserves unqualified accolades. Tigers made Bangladesh proud all over the world. English Captain could care about Bangladesh match refusing to agree that it could bury English hopes.
